The angling week package:

After the long winter sleep, the 2007 fishing season is underway, and we would be more than happy to welcome you to our very own “fishing” week at Lake Grenon and at other mountain lakes.

Enjoy a well-earned break and fish to your heart’s content whilst the sun gets to work warming your body!. Fishing is for old and young alike, united by their love of the sport and tales of “the one that got away”!

Afterwards, in the heat of the afternoon, why not spend time exploring the area around Montana, like walking along a “bisse” and taking in the spectacular views of our Valaisan Alps which soar to over 4000m in height. On your return, enjoy a glass of fendant on the terrace overlooking the lake. And, if you are still game for an extra challenge, mount one of our mountain bikes for an energetic ride along a multitude of alpine and forest tracks.

When ? The fishing week package will be from September 26^th – October 2^nd 2010.

How much ? : Rates are Sfr.89.- per person, per day, including Dinner, Bed & Breakfast. (plus Crans-Montana Visitor’s tax : Sfr.2.50 per adult. per day, and Sfr.1.25 per child, per day).

A permit to fish for trout, pike and carp in Lake Grenon ( opposite the hotel ) or in Lake Moubra ( 5 mins. on foot ) for pike and carp, is Sfr.22.- per person, per day or Sfr.100.- p. week.

Included in the angling week package are :
• a southfacing bedroom with balcony, en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, W.C, T.V., radio and direct-dial telephone as well as wireless internet connection.
• a  buffet-style breakfast and a 5-course dinner.
• 2 days free use of our mountain-bikes
• Sauna and Turkish bath
• a Sunday welcome-drink

Family-fun in Crans-Montana

It would give us great pleasure to welcome you back again this Autumn for our “family week”.

Choose Crans-Montana as your holiday destination, and reap the benefits of the warm, autumn sunshine.

We aim to take the kids off your hands by day so that Mum and Dad can be free to do their own thing together, maybe just taking it easy, or going on the variety of active and healthy pursuits which abound here in Montana.

So, while the parents go their way, their children enjoy a programme which has been specially put together just for them. Each day, three adults will supervise the youngsters on themed pursuits which will take place in and around Montana, such as games and activities in the forest, get-togethers around a camp fire, excursions, fishing with hand-made rods, walks along the bisses, cultural visits to Sion castle and church, all of which are just some of the activities which feature on the kids weekly itinerary.

When ? October 2^nd – 9^th 2010

How much? Sfr.102.- per adult, per day including dinner, bed & breakfast.

Children under 15 free of charge.
Crans-Montana Visitor’s tax : Sfr.2.50 per adult. per day, Sfr.1.25 per child, per day.

A week of Nordic-Walking, discovery and relaxation

Organised by Hôtel du Lac, in Crans-Montana.

The weekly programme:

Sunday : Arrival of participants, 17.00h. Welcome-drink.
Monday & Tuesday : Nordic-Walking and a choice of other activities.
Wednesday : Possibility of visiting a local tourist attraction.
Thursday & Friday : Nordic-Walking and a choice of various other activities
